Head of Bids

The Head of Bids leads the team responsible for creating compelling tenders for transit agencies and operators internationally, guiding bids from qualification through to submission and award. This role owns the pricing and commercial strategy, runs governance to ensure informed business decisions, and builds the bids function with people, processes, and AI-driven tools. The position involves collaborating across multiple departments to align technical, commercial, and legal content into cohesive proposals.
