Head of Billing

Gismart is seeking an experienced Head of Billing to lead the centralized Billing function and drive payment performance across a portfolio of 12+ subscription-based products. This role involves developing the Billing strategy, optimizing payment infrastructure, and building a scalable operating model that balances product team needs with company-wide priorities. The position reports directly to the COO and requires deep expertise in payments, commercial thinking, and organizational leadership.
