Head of Campus Program

The Head of Campus Program at Cantina Labs is responsible for designing and scaling a national college ambassador and field marketing program to enhance Cantina's cultural relevance and adoption among college students. This role involves recruiting and managing a network of Campus Leads and student ambassadors, creating initiatives to boost engagement, and developing a tailored campus playbook based on proven growth strategies. The individual will also travel to key campuses to support implementation and ensure program quality as it expands.
