Head of Capacity

We are seeking a Capacity Planning lead to own the growing physical and virtual infrastructure footprint, ensuring Blacksmith never runs out of servers or network capacity. You will work directly with founders and engineers to forecast demand, manage supplier relationships, and execute expansion plans across multiple regions. The role is critical to scaling our CI platform from thousands to tens of thousands of servers while optimizing investments and deployment timelines.
