The Head of C&I Systems Design & Implementation provides strategic and operational leadership for the development, integration, and governance of Control & Instrumentation systems across the Rolls-Royce SMR programme. This senior role involves leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance in the delivery of complex engineering solutions. The position requires strong technical governance, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development capabilities within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational development of Control & Instrumentation systems
Define integrated implementation strategies and physical architecture baselines
Ensure nuclear safety, cybersecurity and regulatory requirements are embedded

Skills

Qualifications

Degree qualified in Control & Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or a related disciplineChartered Engineer (CEng)
