About this role

The Head of Client Services leads the Client Services team at S&P Global Market Intelligence to ensure operational excellence in sponsor and partner delivery across the event portfolio. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this senior role owns the sponsor relationship lifecycle, from post-sale handover through event delivery and follow-up, driving satisfaction and renewal readiness while managing cross-functional partnerships.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Service Managers
Oversee delivery of all sponsor benefits on time and in full
Act as the primary escalation point for sponsor issues and challenges
Partner with event teams to deliver exceptional on-site client experiences
Identify upsell opportunities and support commercial efforts for renewals

Skills

Qualifications

7+ years in client services, sponsorship, or event account managementProven experience leading and developing a team
