Head of Clinical Development

The Head of Clinical Development at Montai Therapeutics will lead the clinical strategy and execution for small molecule programs in immunology and inflammation, reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer. This senior leader will drive the transition from discovery to early clinical development, shape development plans aligned with translational, nonclinical, and regulatory priorities, and represent the company in interactions with external partners and regulators. The role includes oversight of program operations, resource planning, and mentorship across clinical functions to deliver human proof-of-concept studies.
