Head of Compliance (MLRO)

GoDutch is seeking a Head of Compliance (MLRO) to design and lead the company's second-line compliance function from the ground up while holding the MLRO role as it pursues its own licenses. This position involves shaping the compliance framework, driving the compliance strategy through the licensing journey, and serving as the primary contact for regulators on AML matters. The role requires building a robust financial crime control environment and partnering across the organization to embed a practical compliance culture.
