Head of Construction Underwriting

The Head of Construction Underwriting at Markel leads the UK construction product within the UK Underwriting division, forming part of the underwriting leadership team and reporting to the Underwriting Director. The role is UK-based with locations in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham or London Croydon and operates on a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office/2 days remote). The position supports Markel’s growth ambitions for the UK National Markets business and represents a senior product leadership role within the company.
