About this role
The Head of Contract Management will lead contracting activities for Solar PV, Wind, and BESS construction projects across the EMEA region, defining and implementing contracting strategy, processes, and standards. The role partners with project management, procurement, legal, engineering, and construction teams to support tendering and ensure compliant, commercially sound contracting throughout the project lifecycle. The position is based in Munich or another BayWa r.e. office in Germany and provides regional leadership on contracting matters.
