Head of Controllership

The Head of Controllership at Welltech is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the company's global financial operations, ensuring financial statements are prepared in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP across all jurisdictions. This role includes driving automation and optimization of accounting processes, managing month-end and year-end closes, leading revenue recognition efforts, coordinating external audits, and developing internal control frameworks. The position also involves leading a team of finance professionals, identifying financial risks, and supporting M&A activities.
