The Head of Data Excellence & Data Insights Platforms in AstraZeneca’s IBEX team leads regional efforts to turn public health and stakeholder data into trusted insights and scalable analytics products that inform Medical, Commercial, Market Access, and IBEX strategies. The role oversees creation and maintenance of exploratory and predictive models, curates high‑value datasets, and builds reusable data solutions and common platforms across Central Europe. It involves managing a small team, representing the region in global initiatives, and operating across multiple countries.
