Head of Data & ML

The Head of Data & ML leads the entire data function at Posh, overseeing the technical excellence and vision for event discovery, experimentation, and the company's data platform. This role involves managing a multi-disciplinary team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and analytics/data engineers while balancing leadership with hands-on technical work. The position requires translating product vision into technical roadmaps, building discovery and search systems, and scaling the data and ML foundation to support AI-native data development.
