About this role
The Head of Data will define and lead the vision, evolution, and operational excellence of EarnIn’s end-to-end data ecosystem to power analytics, machine learning, and product engineering. This role oversees teams responsible for data persistence, the data platform, and business insights, while strengthening governance, reliability, and modern data capabilities to support the company’s AI and product initiatives. The leader will partner across functions to ensure data is treated as a strategic asset and drive the roadmap and execution of cross-functional data initiatives.
