Head of Deployments

The Head of Deployments builds and leads the organization and operating system to scale Laminar's deployment operations from signed commitment to successful completion across global manufacturing sites. This role owns the deployment portfolio, team, and execution quality, establishing repeatable processes, resource models, and partner networks to drive predictable, high-quality outcomes. The position requires plant-floor credibility and executive presence to manage complex, multi-site rollouts while ensuring alignment with customer success criteria.
