The Developer Relations Leader will define and scale a Developer Relations and Experience strategy to strengthen developer trust, accelerate product adoption, and shape how LaunchDarkly serves developers. This role leads a multidisciplinary DevRel organization and partners closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Growth, and Docs to create cohesive onboarding, documentation, and community programs. The leader will also represent the company at events and build scalable programs that help teams adopt modern delivery practices with confidence.
