Head of Development & Technical Operations

This role involves leading and mentoring a globally distributed team of developers, data engineers, QA analysts, and IT engineers while managing their respective team leaders. The position requires taking full ownership of the technical roadmap, overseeing planning, execution, and completion of development projects to align with business objectives. Additionally, the role drives a culture of continuous optimization across tech stacks, IT infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure operational efficiency.
