The Head of DevOps Tooling leads the strategic direction and hands-on engineering of DevOps practices and tooling across the organisation. The role manages a team of DevOps Tooling Engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable software delivery pipelines, infrastructure automation, and platform resilience. The position partners with IT and business stakeholders to define and execute an LME-wide DevOps tooling strategy and roadmap.
