Head of Digitalization

The Head of Digitalization will lead the creation and execution of the company's digital strategy, building a new unit to drive transformation across data infrastructure, process intelligence, and smart factory operations. This role involves partnering with business functions to identify high-impact use cases, integrating OT/IT systems, and establishing a robust data foundation for AI and automation initiatives. The position requires shaping the unit's direction, structure, and talent while reporting directly to the CTO.
