The Head of EHS will build and lead the Environmental, Health & Safety function across CHAOS Industries' rapidly scaling multi-site manufacturing, lab, and office portfolio in the U.S. and internationally. This hands-on leadership role involves setting company-wide EHS strategy, building the program from the ground up, and mentoring a team of site-level EHS Managers. The position requires ensuring regulatory compliance, managing safety programs for diverse environments, and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the Environmental Health and Safety function across multi-site manufacturing and lab operations
Develop and enforce EHS strategy, standards, and management systems to ensure regulatory compliance
Manage site-level EHS managers and oversee incident reporting, investigation, and corrective action processes
