Head of Engineering Capability (Process, Tools & Governance)

The Head of Engineering Capability will lead the advancement of engineering processes, tools, data, and governance across the UK Electronics business, creating a connected, high‑performing environment that improves efficiency, consistency and confidence. The role involves chairing the Engineering Process Council, developing data‑driven governance frameworks, integrating digital engineering tools, and driving continuous improvement and stakeholder collaboration.
