Head of Engineering Strategy

The Head of Engineering Strategy is a deeply technical, collaborative engineering leader responsible for shaping how the engineering organization operates, modernizes, and scales. This role focuses on technical leadership across the organization, driving cross-engineering technical strategy, modernization, standards, and major engineering initiatives. The position reports directly to the VP of Product & Engineering and serves as a trusted technical counterpart to leadership on major engineering questions and organizational improvement.
