Head of Engineering

The Head of Engineering leads an engineering group while remaining hands-on, shaping the architecture and delivery of server-side, data, and machine learning software. This role involves developing the people who build the software, making sound design decisions, and ensuring projects ship on schedule. The position requires coaching engineers, establishing practical standards for code quality and security, and managing every engineer hired. Additionally, the role includes joining client-facing visits on site as part of the job.
