About this role
Head of Estimating at Mears Group is a senior leadership role leading the commercial estimating and tendering function to shape how the business prices, wins and mobilises major contracts. The position focuses on setting commercial strategy, pricing competitiveness and governance across workstreams such as repairs & maintenance, social housing and decarbonisation. It is a full-time, permanent, homebased remote role with UK travel and includes a competitive salary plus a £6,900 car allowance.
