Head of Execution

We are seeking an aggressive, field-proven Head of Execution with deep civil, structural engineering, and fast-track construction expertise to lead the physical site buildout of high-density AI datacenter facilities. This role requires a specialist who can execute mega-scale Core & Shell infrastructure, oversee Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and modular steel structures, and seamlessly integrate high-density MEP/liquid cooling infrastructure. The position involves leading heavy civil foundation works and ensuring strict compliance for elevated floor loading capacities required by liquid-filled cooling manifolds and ultra-dense GPU rack arrays.
