Head of Experience Test Engineering

As Head of Experience Test Engineering in the LEGO Creative Play Lab, you will own the automated software test strategy to ensure world-class quality for embedded devices, data pipelines, and mobile applications across a rapidly scaling portfolio of SKUs. You will lead the development and optimization of automated test systems, collaborate with Operations Quality and Engineering Capabilities, and enable rapid, reliable releases. The role also includes line management and partnering with external vendors to scale team capabilities.
