Head of External Relations

The Head of External Relations leads strategic external engagement, partnerships, and resource mobilization efforts for IOM Canada under the administrative supervision of the Head of Office and technical supervision of the Senior Director in HQ. This senior-level role involves designing and implementing country-level resource mobilization strategies, representing IOM in high-level political engagements, and maximizing the organization's visibility and influence. The position requires managing donor relations, identifying funding opportunities, and leading capacity-building initiatives to support IOM's mission in Canada.
