Head of External Relations

The Head of External Relations leads strategic external engagement, partnerships, and resource mobilization efforts for IOM Canada under the administrative supervision of the Head of Office and technical supervision of the Senior Director in HQ. This role involves designing and implementing a country-level resource mobilization strategy, representing IOM in political engagements with high-level government officials, and developing approaches to maximize the organization's visibility and influence. The position requires leading donor engagement, identifying strategic funding opportunities, and integrating external relations with resource mobilization initiatives.
