Head of Field Operations

The Head of Field Operations at Proper Voltage will own the end‑to‑end process from product deployment to customer support, building a partner‑led service model, overseeing deployment readiness, commissioning, warranty, and field‑to‑engineering feedback loops. This role requires establishing service processes, SLAs, and training materials for complex hardware in the energy storage and critical‑power space.
