Head of Finance – HoldCo at Octopus Energy Germany leads financial planning, reporting and governance for the holding company and its subsidiaries, ensuring transparency, scalability and regulatory compliance. The role provides financial leadership for capital allocation and operational execution across metering and heat-pump businesses within a fast-scaling, implementation-oriented environment. It partners with management and the CFO to support decision-making and to build high-performing finance teams across locations.
