About this role
Benchling is seeking a leader to own the financial systems strategy and execution, balancing forward-looking vision with hands-on optimization to scale Finance as the company grows globally. The role will assess systems, define roadmaps, oversee implementation and integrations (including NetSuite), and ensure governance and security in partnership with IT. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and drives outcomes across finance systems and processes.
