About this role
The Head of FP&A will lead OPSWAT’s global financial planning and analysis function, partnering closely with the CFO, CEO, and executive leadership to drive strategic decision-making and IPO readiness. This role provides financial clarity and discipline across the business, shapes investment and pricing strategies, and supports predictable, scalable growth. The leader will also develop the FP&A team and ensure alignment of financial and operational reporting for executive and board reviews.
