About this role

The Head of Games Time Training is a hands-on, event-delivery focused leader responsible for designing and implementing LA28’s training programs across the Games footprint. This role partners with leaders and teams to assess organizational needs and deliver training solutions that ready the workforce for Games Time operations. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, People—Games Prep & Delivery and supports HR operational readiness and cross-functional coordination.
