Head of High Performance

The Head of High Performance leads athletic training, rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, mental skills, nutrition, and performance science to build a coordinated, year-round physical development system for the Colorado Rockies. This role establishes processes and standards for individualized health and physical development plans, ensuring player readiness and optimizing on-field performance in the team's unique environment. The position oversees staff leadership, data science integration, and department planning to support elite performance across all levels of the organization.
