The Head of HR Country for Unilever Thailand is the enterprise people leader responsible for the national HR, talent, engagement, and culture agenda, including oversight of Minburi and Gateway manufacturing sites. This role partners closely with the Head of Country and the Country Leadership Team to enable business performance, safeguard governance, and build a future-ready workforce. The role leads the National HR team and acts as the single, integrated face of HR in-country, embedding a One HR operating model.
