About this role
Airbus Commercial is looking for a Head of HR & WP to join their team in Kinston, NC. This role establishes, directs, and leads the Human Resource function at an operational facility with over 900 employees, while guiding and supporting leaders across the organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR & Workplace Function deliverables with the site and company objectives.
