Head of Internal Audit

The Head of Internal Audit at Taptap Send will lead the internal audit function for the UAE, developing and executing an annual risk-based audit plan that spans operations, finance, compliance, technology, and information security. This role requires independent oversight of the full audit cycle, reporting directly to senior management and the Board Audit & Risk Committee while ensuring governance meets regulatory expectations set by CBUAE. Responsibilities include identifying key risks, assessing control effectiveness, and coordinating with regulators, demonstrating a strong background in fintech or financial services and the ability to challenge stakeholders effectively.
