The Head of Internal Services leads the bank’s Internal Services function, providing strategic oversight of facilities, property, sourcing and supplier management to enable the bank’s strategic, operational and regulatory objectives. The role ensures safe, compliant, resilient and cost-effective operating environments and partners with the COO and executive team to translate Group standards and ESG commitments into local execution. It also drives financial discipline, governance and long-term property and sourcing strategies.
