Head of IT & Data

The Head of IT & Data leads the international IT organization and plays a central role in the company's digitalization at Royal IHC. This role is responsible for the continuity, reliability, and development of IT landscapes, data organization, and digital services while translating business priorities into an integrated IT and data strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, the position oversees IT technology, security, solutions, data, and application management across multiple international locations.
