About this role
Head of Legal for a newly established Nasdaq investment firm in the Netherlands, responsible for setting up the legal and compliance function at inception and coordinating the AFM licensing process. The role will prepare regulatory documentation, engage with regulators and stakeholders, and once licensed oversee legal, governance, contract management and risk mitigation for the firm. The position reports to the Head of Legal of Nasdaq Europe and the CEO and will also provide legal support to Nasdaq’s broader European markets business.
