About this role

Head of Legal to join a newly established Nasdaq-affiliated investment firm and lead its legal function from inception. Initial focus is coordinating and securing the firm’s AFM investment license and preparing the organization for regulatory approval. After licensing, the role will oversee all legal matters for the Nasdaq Investment Firm in the Netherlands and provide legal support to Nasdaq’s European markets business. The position reports to the Head of Legal of Nasdaq Europe and the CEO and will help shape the firm’s legal compliance culture.
