Head of the Logistics Excellence Center at Richemont leads the definition, improvement and deployment of logistics standards and end-to-end operational projects across warehousing, transport and import-export/customs. The role partners with Group Logistics, Regions, Maisons and Group Platforms to drive process excellence, digital adoption and operational readiness. It also manages a team of Business Process Owners and Project Managers to deliver transformation and scalable logistics capabilities.
