Head of Machine Learning Research

This role serves as a scientific and technical leader advancing machine learning-enabled molecular design across the drug discovery portfolio. The position involves defining and delivering models, platforms, and strategies to shorten design-make-test-analyze cycles and improve molecule quality. The leader will set a multi-year technical roadmap, build a team of approximately 25 scientists and engineers, and ensure machine learning capabilities translate into better project decisions and faster progression to candidate selection.
