About this role
The Head of Manufacturing Support leads the Manufacturing Compliance, Training, Project Management, and Operations Support teams to enable effective and compliant manufacturing operations. This role develops and executes support team strategies to ensure delivery of technology transfers, new product introductions, and the manufacturing plan of record while driving continuous improvement. The position reports to the Head of Manufacturing and aligns support activities with the overall manufacturing strategy.
