Mode Labs is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own the productisation and industrialisation of its first commercial opto-chemical sensor platform. The role involves leading the translation of an engineering MVP into a robust, compliant, and manufacturable product while defining the route from prototype to controlled release. This position requires balancing performance, reliability, compliance, cost, and manufacturability across engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain functions.
