Frontera is hiring a Head of Marketing to architect, build, and scale the company’s marketing function, owning go-to-market across provider, enterprise, and consumer segments. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the role focuses on early-stage growth using experimentation, GTM engineering, and AI-enabled workflows to validate motions and scale what works. The Head of Marketing will build systems, tooling, and an early team, and partner closely with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Commercial leaders to drive trust, adoption, and long-term advocacy in pediatric behavioral health.
