About this role
Phaidra is hiring its first Head of Marketing to build and lead a global marketing function for an AI-powered industrial automation company. This foundational, solo role will define strategy and narrative, generate pipeline, and execute across channels to position Phaidra as the strategic AI partner for AI factories and data centers. The role reports to the CEO and is remote (US/Canada hires only).
