Head of Materials & Process

This role leads material development, qualification, and metallurgical performance across all vehicle systems, focusing on structural reliability and manufacturing throughput. Responsibilities include establishing factory standards, developing joining techniques, curating material databases, and advancing additive manufacturing processes for nickel-based superalloys. The position also involves driving failure analysis, providing technical sign-offs on designs, and building a world-class team of engineers and technicians.
