Head of Medical Affairs

Calico is seeking a strategic Head of Medical Affairs to establish and lead the medical affairs function, translating clinical science into an evidence-based narrative for global markets with an initial focus on Vanishing White Matter (VWM) therapy. This role involves shaping medical affairs strategy, building infrastructure, and leading field medical and medical information teams to accelerate disease-state awareness. The position requires close collaboration with R&D molecule teams and serves as a key leader on launch teams as molecules approach approval.
