About this role

The Head of Mission Management will lead Vast’s mission management organization and shape the company’s technical direction, customer experience, and programmatic approach as it develops human-rated commercial space stations. This executive role owns program-level engagement with major customers including NASA and is accountable for ensuring missions meet human-certification and regulatory requirements. The position reports to the COO and partners across engineering, production, supply chain, and operations to enable safe, crewed missions.
